About Us

Many will have a few questions running in their mind like - Why "Think" was started, What is the main reason behind it and Why the name "Think". The answer is very simple - We the Founders hail from Rural areas where we underwent the schooling with much challenge and quality. Made it to good Colleges and Corporates in metropolitan cities with the mentorship and grooming of likeminded individuals to make it in life. Hence the moment was to give back from where we started "Transform Schools as contemporary and effective Learning Hubs". Think symbolises positivity to solve any problem and bleeds "To Become something / To Achieve something". Hence we went ahead with the name "Think".

The biggest Obstacle in Education is not Funding, not Infrastructure, not reforms or policies. It is the teaching methods with quality content. This is the biggest problem Think has identified especially in the state of Andhra Pradesh to solve for Education Transformation. In every classroom, every child has a story of resilience, curiosity, and hope, hence every classrooms need belonging, connection, and confidence.

Think Foundation is a non-profit organization working in the field of Education, Youth Development, and Skill Building. It focuses on empowering Teachers, students and communities through innovative learning approaches and modern educational practices. Think Foundation works to transform education by combining Academic learning, Skill development, Technology and Community engagement. The ultimate goal is to create empowered, employable, and confident learners who can shape a better future.

At Think Foundation, we work with Teachers in Government Schools across state of Andhra Pradesh to build these classrooms where students don’t just study, they discover what they can achieve and who they can become. Change begins with a teacher who listens, a conversation that builds trust, a workshop that sparks confidence.
