Children are the building blocks of our nation’s future. A quality education not only builds knowledge, capabilities, life skills and values amongst children but also develops their creative, social and emotional abilities. It is crucial for their cognitive and personal development, including critical thinking and problem-solving.
Rural education serves as a defining measure of a nation's progress and development. Rural education shares big portion in India’s school education with 18.48 crore children studying in 12 lakh schools. Rural education assumes a pivotal role in addressing several of India's critical challenges.
Think draws inspiration from the concept of Mentoring & Coaching Students & Educational Institutions, bringing modern education under a single roof. We completely adopt students from Secondary level by grooming them and provide Scholarships, Grants, Books, Stationery, Teaching Aids and Mentorship Opportunities until they complete their higher education and placed on Jobs.
At Think, we collaborate closely with school and college authorities, parents, village committees, and other social enterprises. Our collective goal is to revolutionize rural schools and colleges into contemporary learning hubs. Through digital infrastructure and trained staff, Think is dedicated to equipping students with the essential skills and strives to create an environment where students can thrive and excel in a rapidly evolving world.
The Problem
In rural areas, the educational landscape faces a critical challenge. According to the ASER 2022 report, only 42.8% of grade V students can read at a grade II level. As we navigate the dynamic 21st century, it's clear that our future workforce demands skills that transcend foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN). However, the current state of education presents significant obstacles. Shockingly, more than 21% of schools and colleges lack access to even a basic library, depriving students of essential resources for learning and exploration. Furthermore, an alarming 77% of schools and colleges lack proper computer facilities, impeding students from acquiring vital digital literacy skills. The education system in rural India needs of immediate attention and transformation. We recognize the pressing issues that rural schools and colleges face, including insufficient physical and educational infrastructure, a shortage of well-trained teachers, imbalanced learner-educator ratios, and various other obstacles.

1. We are compliant with applicable laws and regulations of the land including applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations and obtain all statutory approvals required to carry out its activities.
2. We and our staff / employees neither give and nor agree to give, promise or offer to give, any unlawful/unethical loan, gift, donation, payment, or other thing of value directly or indirectly, whether in cash or in kind to or for the unlawful / unethical benefit of any person.
3. We and our trustees /officials /directors / employees and staff are not a government official, employee, or an agency which is controlled by any Government in any manner.
4. Our organization has not been blacklisted by any Central / State Government departments or by any donor / funding / grant making organizations.
5. Our organization does not have any litigation-civil or criminal pending against it.
6. Our organization does not employ children for work.
7. Our organization does not fund any political or religious organization.
8. Our organization has proper policies against harassment of women and children in place.
