We roll out Train-the-Teacher program, focusing on:

Practical teaching methods with activity-based learning techniques
-
Continuous professional development
-
On-ground support, mentoring and classroom observation

Context-based solutions for schools
-
Alignment with government curriculum and reforms
Our Approach goes through the below process
BUILDING EVIDENCE
Learning about the hyper-local challenges faced by teachers
Our teams work closely with schools, principals, parents, communities and government bodies to understand the regional challenges that impact the teaching and learning experiences in government schools. The strong relationships we build with these educators are our biggest asset, allowing us to deep dive into these challenges.

BEST PRACTICES
Studying best practices across the world that are relevant to the Indian Context
We design and carry out extensive surveys to understand the key challenges on the ground. Our presence in schools gives us insights into our solutions. We also invest time in searching for practices and models across the world that are navigating similar challenges.
3
CONTEXTUALISING + CUSTOMISING
Customising and contextualising a solution for our local region that is tested in classrooms
Our program design team collaborates with teachers and principals in schools to inform the changes and adjustments being made to the shortlisted models and practices developed. The changes are based on evidence that focusses on making the knowledge more relatable and easier to absorb by our local teachers and students.

TEST IT IN PARTNER SCHOOLS
Receiving meaningful feedback from our partner schools
We closely work with few Government partner schools across Andhra Pradesh. We implement the co-created solutions in these schools to help us re-adjust solutions to suit the contextual needs of teachers before integrating them into the state-wide programs. Every tool undergoes a rigorous process of collaboratively refining with teachers to ensure that it is adopted in the long term.
