Many students in rural government schools have limited exposure to higher education and career opportunities. We achieve our vision by offering Skill Enhancement Training Programs to youth pursuing higher education for high-paying white-collar jobs by grooming them with practical skills and Soft Skills for employability. This will give additional guidance and support to help students to overcome learning challenges and build a strong foundation for their education.

 

We effectively map the skill gap by identifying the skills that are currently available in the job market and the skills that are needed to meet the demands of the job market. For this, we arrange, organize and roll out various kinds of student Welfare programs, Vocational Training and Skill Bonding Training for students in areas such as Career Counseling, Financial Literacy, Time Management, Interview Preparation, Team Building, Decision Making, Interpersonal skills, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Banking, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Business, Technology, Soft Skills and Employability skills which prepares them for jobs in those fields and that are in demand by employers.
