Joseph Suresh holds Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) specializing in Human Resource Management from Loyola College, Chennai and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Economics and Sociology from St. Joseph’s College of Arts & Science, Bangalore.
Joseph Suresh has two decades of experience in the Human Resources function with a strong track record of driving HR transformation for enterprises. He was responsible for the strategy & execution of business-critical projects in the areas of Organizational Development (OD) and Talent Management & Development. He has worked with Leadership teams exclusively in rolling out effective, efficient and valuable Policies, Practices in HR functions like Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management & Resource Management.
Joseph Suresh also has fair amount of experience in Social Work in association with NGOs like Think Foundation, People Organization for Rural Development (PORD) and Morning Star Social Development Society (MSSDS) driving projects addressing various social causes for the upliftment of the society.
As the Executive Director of Think Foundation, he is dedicated to translating Organization vital mission into tangible impact, leading the passionate team in strategic growth and community engagement, and fostering powerful partnerships that drive positive change for Education.
