Joseph Suresh holds Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) specializing in Human Resource Management from Loyola College, Chennai and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Economics and Sociology from St. Joseph’s College of Arts & Science, Bangalore.

Joseph Suresh has two decades of experience in the Human Resources function with a strong track record of driving HR transformation for enterprises. He was responsible for the strategy & execution of business-critical projects in the areas of Organizational Development (OD) and Talent Management & Development. He has worked with Leadership teams exclusively in rolling out effective, efficient and valuable Policies, Practices in HR functions like Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management & Resource Management.

Joseph Suresh also has fair amount of experience in Social Work in association with NGOs like Think Foundation, People Organization for Rural Development (PORD) and Morning Star Social Development Society (MSSDS) driving projects addressing various social causes for the upliftment of the society.

As the Executive Director of Think Foundation, he is dedicated to translating Organization vital mission into tangible impact, leading the passionate team in strategic growth and community engagement, and fostering powerful partnerships that drive positive change for Education.

In his two decades of experience Joseph Suresh worked with Corporates like Mphasis, Hewlett Packard (HP), Electronic Data Systems (EDS), GE Healthcare, Raffles Software and Reach Management Consultants in their Human Resources function executing various Strategies, Policies, Programs and providing people centric Business Solutions across the entire Human Resource value chain leading to maximizing the value of its best assets - PEOPLE.

With over two decades of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development, Manoj has worked across diverse Industries and global environments. His academic background with Bachelor's Degree in in Statistics and Master’s Degree in Social Work specialising in Human Resources have helped him approach challenges with both analytical clarity and empathy for people. Over the years, he has focused on building organizations and teams through thoughtful design, leadership development, and inclusive talent practices. He was associated with Organizations like Ness, HCL, HP, Cerner.

Beyond his professional work, Manoj has been deeply committed to initiatives that create opportunities for individuals who are often left behind. He has actively worked on programs supporting the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the workforce, helping organizations build accessible environments and meaningful employment pathways.

As the General Secretary of Think, Manoj hopes to contribute his experience in a simple and collaborative way - supporting the mission of enabling education for children from underserved communities. He believes that education has the power to transform lives and that collective effort from communities, educators, and volunteers can create opportunities for every child to learn, grow, and build a hopeful future.

Manoj approaches this responsibility with humility and gratitude, committed to working alongside fellow members, volunteers, and supporters to strengthen the organization’s impact and reach more children in need.
