AIMS & OBJECTIVES
1. To work/act as an “Agent of Change” to help people access and actualize their rights towards the creation of a just and equitable society. Empowerment of the poor and marginalized communities through rolling out and participate in various public awareness campaigns on issues for social and economic upliftment of society.
2. Aim to empower children and youth, to become active and engaged members of society by eliminating illiteracy through enrolment rates, reduce barriers to education, and address issues such as gender inequality, poverty, and disabilities that can hinder access to education. Strive to create inclusive and supportive learning environments for children with disabilities and those from marginalized communities.
3. Ensure access to quality Education, quality life and dignity for all children without any barriers and prejudice regardless of their Background, Religion, Caste, Creed, Race or Ability. Identify students from marginalized communities, Low-income families, Orphans, Single Parent, Physically Challenged. Enrol them to Schools & Colleges by providing Scholarships, Grants, Books, Stationery, Teaching Aids and Mentorship Opportunities.
4. Engage in Social Welfare and Rural Development activities aimed at improving living conditions of the poor. Work to raise awareness about the importance of education, encouraging families to send their children to school. Actively engage Community like parents, local leaders, and the broader community in children’s education, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility for the children’s future.
5. Arrange and organize various kinds of student welfare programs and activities like skill development, Career Counselling and professional skills such as Interpersonal Skills, Corporate Etiquettes, and appropriate Work Place behaviour to promote academics of excellence. Groom adults pursuing higher education with practical skills and Soft Skills for employability.
6. Enhance the quality of education by improving teaching methods, ongoing support and training for teachers, curriculum development, educational materials, and resources. Aim to integrate technology effectively into the teaching and learning process. Provide access to digital tools, infrastructure, and resources, as well as training teachers and students in utilizing technology for educational purposes. Introduce children to Digital Literacy and information technology, ensuring they are prepared for a technology-driven future.
